With increased stability thanks to its bottom-mounted refrigeration system, and a durable 304 stainless steel finish on both the interior and exterior. With an easy to operate control panel and the option the operate as a blast chiller when required, this easy to use and flexible unit is ideal for safely controlling the temperature of produce, and ensuring it retains its quality, taste, and texture.
