Foster RBCT 20-60R Roll In Cabinet Blast Chiller (Remote)

The RBCT20-60 roll in blast chiller/freezer has been specifically designed to accept the Rational 201 trolley. It is able to blast chill 60kg of product. The chilling process can take hot food from 90°C to 3°C in less than 90 minutes. This specific model is designed to work with a remote condensing unit making it ideal for sites with insufficient airflow and that need to reduce the heat output within the food production area.
