The Foster KB6 KORE Blast Chiller utilises Foster’s years of blast chilling experience to give customers a simple to operate, stable blast chiller capable of chilling 20kg of product, taking items from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes. Food wastage is reduced and hygiene levels are maintained.
