Foster KORE Refrigerated Counters

Foster KORE refrigerated counters are commercial counter fridges made in the UK by Foster, the UK's largest commercial refrigeration manufacturer. Designed to sit in the kitchen line and be worked on all day, each KORE counter is stainless steel inside and out and stands on castors, so it can be rolled out to clean behind and underneath.

KORE counters hold +2°C to +8°C, run on R290 refrigerant with lower energy use for their price point, and are rated to Climate Class 5 to keep performing in a hot kitchen line. They give everyday kitchens reliable Foster counter refrigeration at a sensible price, while EcoPro G3 counters offer a wider choice of configurations for the most demanding sites. KORE upright fridges, upright freezers and blast chillers complete the range, so counter, cabinet and chilling equipment can all come from Foster.

How do I choose between the 2-door and 3-door KORE counters?

Both stand 850 mm high and 700 mm deep, so the choice comes down to how much worktop length and chilled storage you need. The 2-door counter is 1330 mm wide with a gross capacity of 280 litres. The 3-door counter is 1775 mm wide and holds 435 litres, giving over 50% more storage for an extra 445 mm of length.

Should I choose a KORE counter or an EcoPro G3 counter?

KORE counters cover the core formats most everyday kitchens need, at a more accessible price point. EcoPro G3 counters offer Foster's widest choice of configurations and highest specification, for high-volume kitchens with the heaviest use.

Is there a KORE replacement for the Foster Xtra counters?

Yes. KORE refrigerated counters are the successor to the Foster Xtra counter range.
