Foster KORE Freezer Cabinets

Foster KORE Freezer Cabinets

Foster KORE freezer cabinets are commercial upright freezers made by Foster in the UK factory, holding a steady -18°C to -21°C to keep frozen stock in safe condition through every service. Each one is finished in stainless steel inside and out.

Because a freezer runs harder than a fridge, running costs matter, and KORE freezers use R290 refrigerant with lower energy use for their price point. They are rated to Climate Class 5, so they keep performing in a hot kitchen, and the uprights fit through standard doorways for straightforward delivery. KORE is well suited to kitchens with a regular, predictable trade, while Foster's EcoPro G3 freezers are designed for the highest-volume, heaviest-use sites. Upright fridges, refrigerated counters and blast chillers are also part of the KORE range, so chilled and frozen storage can be matched across one Foster range.

KORE Freezer Cabinet FAQs

Should I choose an upright freezer cabinet or a chest freezer?

An upright freezer cabinet keeps stock organised on shelves at a comfortable height and takes up less floor space. A chest freezer suits bulk storage of larger or awkwardly shaped items.

Are KORE freezers expensive to run?

KORE freezers use R290 refrigerant and are designed for lower energy use at their price point, which helps keep running costs under control. Each model's energy grade and annual energy consumption are shown on its product page.

Is -18°C cold enough for a commercial freezer?

Yes. -18°C is the standard temperature for storing frozen food, and every KORE freezer holds between -18°C and -21°C.

Which Foster freezers does KORE replace?

KORE freezer cabinets are the successor to the Foster Xtra freezer range.
