Dirty kitchens asked to clean up their act in time for christmas
In September the Food Standards Agency carried out hygiene rating visits for a large number of Peterborough based food operators. The results were shocking with 64 establishments across the city only getting 1 star and some of the more prestigious hotels gaining zero stars and being handed improvement notices to clean up their act before the start of Christmas trade.
